Order Dispatch
The cut-off time is 9:00 a.m. daily. Orders placed before then will be dispatched on the same day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays).
Only orders that are paid successfully will be dispatched (except cash on delivery).

Delivery Cost
(Hong Kong)
1. Free shipping will be provided for orders over HK$299 after discount (SF Express and Jingdong delivery service). If the order is less than HK$299, HK$70 shipping fee will be charged.
2. Only one shipping address is accepted per order.
3. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
(Macau)
1. Free shipping will be provided for orders over HK$500 after discount (Jingdong door-to-door delivery service). If the order is less than HK$500, HK$100 shipping fee will be charged. (Free shipping promotion products are only available in Hong Kong, please note.)

Delivery
(Hong Kong) - Jingdong Logistics & SF Express
- Orders can be delivered to remote areas and outlying islands without any additional charges.
- The order will be delivered the next day at the earliest after the order is shipped. The actual arrival date is affected by factors such as express delivery service and weather.
- If you need to change the delivery location after the order is shipped or the shipment is too large to be placed in SF locker, please contact SF Express and bear SF Express's additional fees.
- If you request to leave the goods at the door, etc., you may instruct the delivery person for non-signature delivery at your own risk.
- If you are unable to receive the goods on time for personal reasons, please contact the logistics to make further arrangements. Any additional fees charged by the logistics will be the customer's responsibility.
*All delivery notifications for SF Express have been fully changed to push notifications via the official mobile app 'SFHK App.' Customers are advised to download the app and enable notifications to avoid any issues with receiving your goods.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Once an order is placed, all goods are non-returnable except for quality issues.
2. If there are any quality issues with the goods, customers must keep the receipts and complete packaging. Please call i love rabbit customer service hotline 2948 5006 or email cs@iloveabbit.com within 7 days.
3. If the items have been opened or used, our company will not accept any exchange.
4. If the items need to be returned or exchanged due to quality problems, our store will be responsible for all return and exchange costs.
