Delivery and Exchange Policies


 1. Free shipping will be provided for orders over HK$299 after discount (including SF Express and door-to-door delivery service). If the order is less than HK$299, HK$70 shipping fee will be charged.

 2. Only one shipping address is accepted per order.

 3. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Delivery date and time cannot be specified.

 4. Free delivery service is only available within Hong Kong. Cross-border delivery service is not available.

*To protect your privacy, all information provided will be kept strictly confidential.

*All terms are subject to any changes or additions without prior notice.

*Our store reserves the right to make the final decision on the use of delivery service.


Door-to-door Delivery 

- Orders to remote areas (such as Repulse Bay, Cheung Chau) will be delivered by SF with no extra charge.

The delivery person will contact the customer by phone before arrival to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery person will leave the goods at the door or at the building reception.

- We are not liable for any loss/damage of goods left at the door or at the management office due to the customer's entrustment or failure to contact the customer.

If the lift is unavailable or malfunctioning and delivery is required by stairs, the delivery person will charge a stair surcharge on site. HK$15 per floor (charged by the delivery person on site)


SF Delivery 

- The cut-off time is 9:00 a.m. daily. Orders placed before then will be dispatched on the next day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

Orders can be delivered to remote areas and outlying islands without any additional charges.

- The order will be delivered the next day at the earliest after the order is shipped. The actual arrival date is affected by factors such as express delivery service and weather.

Except for large or fragile items, other goods can be delivered directly to SF Express lockers, SF Service Centers, SF Express stations and offices/residential addresses. For SF Express delivery details, please visit: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/

- If you need to change the delivery location after the order is shipped or the shipment is too large to be placed in SF locker, please contact SF Express and pay SF Express's additional fees.

If the order cannot be shipped as scheduled due to payment failure or other reasons, no further notice will be given.


Returns and Exchanges

1. Once an order is placed, all goods are non-returnable except for quality issues.

2. f there are any quality issues with the goods, customers must keep the receipts and complete packaging. Please call i love rabbit customer service hotline 2948 5006 or email to cs@iloveabbit.com within 7 days.

3. If the items have been opened or used, our company will not accept exchange.

4. If the items need to be returned or exchanged due to quality problems, our store will be responsible for all return and exchange costs.
