Description

Developed with the assistance of top exotics veterinarians and nutritionists, Critical Care is the industry standard in recovery nutrition for herbivores with poor nutritional status resulting from illness or surgery.  Critical Care contains all the essential nutrients of a complete diet, as well as high-fiber timothy hay to support proper gut physiology and digestion.


Directions: (Guideline only. Use under the direction of your veterinarian.)
- Herbivorous mammals (such as rabbits, guinea pig, chinchilla): 3 tablespoons* of dry product per kg of body weight daily.
- Herbivorous reptiles (such as tortoise, iguanas, garter snakes): 1 tablespoon* of dry product per kg of body weight daily.

Divide into 4-6 feedings. Mix 1 part product with 2 part warm water. Water may be adjusted based on patient condition to obtain optimal feeding consistency.

*1 tablespoon  is equal to approximately 9 grams.
