Rabbit Owner Ticket Admission Terms and Conditions:
1. Each rabbit owner with owner ticket can bring one rabbit only.
2. In order to protect the health of rabbits, the organizer will check all rabbits' health before entry. If any infectious diseases (including but not limited to external parasites, hair mites, skin diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, etc.) are found, the rabbit will not be allowed to enter the venue. The organizer will refund the ticket fee on the spot.
3. All facilities and activities within the venue will implement rabbit and human crowd control to avoid causing chaos.
4. If a rabbit’s behavior is found to cause nuisance to other rabbits or people, the organizer has the right to invite the rabbit and its owner to temporarily leave the venue and make other arrangements based on the situation.
5. Owners should consider whether their rabbits are suitable for participating in this event and assess the risks. The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents that occur during this event.
6. The organizer will not be responsible for performance delays or cancellations due to force majeure. Force majeure factors include power outages, fires, explosions, floods, typhoon signal No. 8 or above, heavy rains or similar disasters, strikes, labor disputes, unusually severe weather, wars, rebellions, riots, riots, terrorist acts or threats, natural disasters, and outbreaks of infectious diseases , industrial action, national or local government acts or regulations, government orders or regulations, or any other factors beyond the reasonable control of the organizer.
7. Tickets sold are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed in cash.
8. In case of any disputes, the organizer, pet-link, will reserve the right of final determination.
Rabbit Passport Redemption Terms and Conditions:
1. This redemption coupon is only valid for use at the BUNNY DAY venue on December 3, 2023, and will be invalid after the expiration date.
2. This redemption coupon can be used to redeem a rabbit passport.
3. Please present the valid redemption coupon when redeeming your rabbit passport. The valid redemption coupon can only be used once.
4. When redeeming a rabbit passport, the organizer will tear off the redemption coupon.
5. Redemption coupons will not be reissued if lost or damaged. Photocopies are not valid.
6. Rabbit passports cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged for cash or redeemed for cash.
7. Rabbit Passport includes a gift package redemption task. After completing the task, you will receive an exquisite gift package. The number of gift packs is limited and while supplies last.
8. In case of any disputes, the organizer, pet-link, will reserve the right of final determination.
